This policy explains how Pegasus Initiatives collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through this website and its inquiry form. It is intended to meet the transparency requirements of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, as amended, including Amendment No. 13.
1. Who controls your information
Pegasus Initiatives is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your full name, work email address, organization or company, primary objective, the content of your communications, and your recorded privacy and marketing choices.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or security events. If analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, we may also process online identifiers, cookie identifiers, page interactions, campaign attribution information, and conversion events.
3. Voluntary disclosure and consequences
You are not legally required to provide information through the inquiry form. Providing it is voluntary and depends on your informed consent. If you do not provide the fields marked as required or do not confirm the form privacy notice, we will not be able to receive, evaluate, or respond to your inquiry through the form.
Consent to receive marketing messages is separate, optional, and is not a condition for submitting an inquiry or receiving a response.
4. Why we use information
- To receive, evaluate, respond to, and manage your inquiry.
- To communicate with you about a requested assessment, potential engagement, or existing business relationship.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its forms.
- To measure website performance and advertising effectiveness when analytics or advertising technologies are enabled.
- To send marketing messages only where you have provided the required consent or another permission under applicable law exists.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and comply with legal obligations.
We will not use personal information for an incompatible purpose unless permitted by law and, where required, after giving appropriate notice or obtaining consent.
5. Who may receive information
We may disclose information, only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, to personnel and professional advisers acting for Pegasus Initiatives; website hosting, security, email, form processing, CRM, storage, IT support, and analytics providers; Google if Google Analytics or related measurement services are activated; Meta if Meta Pixel or related advertising services are activated; authorities, courts, counterparties, or advisers when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights; and a successor or transaction counterparty in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Necessary technologies support security, core functionality, and storage of preferences. Analytics technologies help us understand website use. Advertising technologies help us measure campaigns and create or evaluate advertising audiences.
The cookie notice is informational and does not operate as an Israeli-law opt-in or opt-out control. You can limit, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect website functionality.
Services we expect to use: Google Analytics for website traffic, interaction, and conversion measurement, and Meta Pixel for campaign measurement, conversion attribution, and advertising audience functions. Exact cookies, retention periods, and settings must be verified when the production tracking configuration is installed.
7. Marketing communications
Submitting an inquiry permits us to respond to that inquiry. It does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing. We will send marketing messages by email, SMS, or an automated dialing system only when permitted under section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742–1982.
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us.
8. International transfers
Some providers, including Google, Meta, hosting, email, or cloud service providers, may process information outside Israel, including in the United States and other countries whose laws may provide a different level of protection. We will make international transfers in accordance with applicable Israeli law and use contractual or other appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to manage a business relationship, and to meet legal, accounting, dispute, and security requirements. As an operating rule, inquiry records that do not lead to an engagement should be deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is reasonably required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.
10. Your rights under Israeli law
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in law, you may ask to inspect personal information about you held in a database. If you find that information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not current, you may ask to have it corrected or deleted. Where information is used for direct mailing, you may also have rights to request deletion from the direct-mailing database or restriction of that use.

11. Children
This website and its business advisory services are not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a person under 18 without appropriate authority. If we learn that such information was submitted without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be presented prominently where appropriate.
